Hi,
My name is Anton Dooley living in Dublin.
My father, Anthony, was born in Rosbercon, Co. Kilkenny
His Father was John, was born in Rosbercon, Co. Kilkenny
His father, Laurence, was born in Rosbercon, Co. Kilkenny
His father was Hyacinth .... that's as far back as I go at the moment.
I have a copy of a family tree that was produced around 1977, and traces all of the line from Hyacinth to 1977.
I've just started to get it onto excel, and hopefully will complete it in a couple of weeks, as well as bringing it up to date (in so far as I can).

I was from Alton, Illinois Father and mother were Willard and Frankie. Grandparents Ethel and Charles Edward. Some one wanted to know of 5 Dooley brothers in WW2. pilots..There were 4 Brothers and a brother in law all in the war at the same time. Willard, Raymond,Merlin and Glen. The brother in law was Charles Leonard. None were pilots.

My GreatGrandfather was Frank Dooley, US Census records show he was born 1854 Troy,New York. He married MaryAnn Wissing 10/31/1878 in Milwaukee, Wi. They had 8 children: Nellie,William,Frank,James,George,Irene,Marie(Mary) & my grandfather Arthur(Joseph) born 1896 all in Milwaukee.

My husband was Theodore Von L Dooley, born in Pensacola, FL. His father was James Albert Dooley from Eudora, GA. His grandfather was Theodore Wells Dooley. His great-grandfather was George Dooley. Beyond that I know nothing more about the family's origins.
